IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes, the minimum order is £100.

WHAT IS THE UNDER £1 SECTION? EVERYTHING IN IT COSTS OVER £1!
This section contains the kind of products our customers like to sell at 'pocket money prices'. Each item comes in a quantity of, say, 50 or 100 so while the price may be £15 the unit cost is under £1.

ARE ALL THE SIZES AND WEIGHTS ACCURATE?
As our products are all natural and therefore unique, all sizes and weights quoted are approximate. We will take our utmost care to select the best and nearest product to your order. In the event of any variation in price or appearance, we will contact you. 

WHAT WILL DELIVERY COST?
P & P will be added when your final order is assembled – normally within two working days of receipt of your order. For UK deliveries, we will send your goods by courier and they will arrive on the next working morning.  This costs £8 for up to 20 kg and thereafter 30p per additional kilo.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UK?
Yes, we can deliver internationally – and do so on a regular basis – but please discuss your requirements with us before you order.

DO PRICES INCLUDE VAT?
As a wholesaler, the prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Once we receive your order, we will calculate the total cost for you including delivery and VAT.

HOW DO I PAY?
We will ring you to tell you that your order is ready, inform you of P & P totals, final order total and to take a credit card payment over the telephone.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH A PRODUCT ONCE IT ARRIVES?
If you're unhappy with something please contact us to arrange a return, replacement or refund.
